Reusable capabilities

Make the work reusable across agents.

Corin puts SOPs and operating history to work through reusable skills, with each agent’s model, memory and boundaries intact.

What a skill is for

Keep a repeatable step close to the work.

The same kind of check can appear in different workflows. A reusable capability gives the agent system a way to carry that work forward without making every role identical.

The role still matters: its objective, model, memory, tools and permissions determine how it takes part in the task.

From knowledge to work

Start with the procedure. Bring in the right context.

SOPs and policies explain how a step should be handled. Permitted business records and operating history supply the facts of this case.

Then the agent can use its tools to prepare the next step, within the access and approval boundaries set for the work.

PROCEDURE

Check the exception against the SOP.

The agent has guidance for what to inspect and when a mismatch needs attention.

Reuse with judgment

A shared capability, distinct agents.

Corin agents are scaffolded from operating knowledge, with their own model and memory. A reusable step can help more than one role, but each role brings a different responsibility to the same work.

That is why the agent system needs both: a way to reuse work and a design you can inspect.

Example path

When an invoice needs a decision.

Consider a mismatch between an invoice and the expected terms. The useful question is what the agents can check, what they recommend and where a person takes over.

CONTEXT

Find what this task needs.

The agent gathers permitted records and the relevant company procedure.

Approval precedes any action outside the agent’s authority.

See what happened

Inspect the run before changing the work.

Langfuse is built in for supported agent observability. A trace helps explain agent behavior and relevant usage or model cost signals.

Pair that view with the business record: who approved a decision and what a connected system actually changed. They answer different questions.
