We built Corin because we needed it ourselves.

Since 2023, we've built AI products that simplify complex work. Staying lean led us to rely on agents ourselves.

2023
We started building AI products.

Complex data. High-stakes decisions. Real customers.

The turning point
We needed more than automation.

We couldn't keep guiding every step ourselves.

Today
Our products became agentic.

We evolved the products our customers already used.

Where we began

We took on the complexity so our customers didn't have to.

Our first customers were in aviation, where massive, complex datasets and high-stakes decisions made AI and automation especially valuable. We developed products and solutions around those real operational needs.

Each customer worked differently, so we tailored our products to their needs. We wanted to get as much out of AI as possible for them, absorbing the complexity behind the scenes so the experience felt intuitive on their side.

What we learned mattered well beyond aviation.

What those early years taught us
01
Context matters. The answer depends on information scattered across systems and people.
02
Real work is complicated. It doesn't always follow the clean path on a workflow chart.
03
Trust has to be earned. When decisions matter, people need to understand and stay in control.
The turning point

We wanted to stay lean. The work kept growing.

That had always been a deliberate choice. We used technology to stay focused, even as our products, customers, and responsibilities grew.

Still, research, development, testing, customer support, and coordination kept multiplying. AI tools helped, but we were the ones moving every task along.

We needed a way to scale the work without scaling the team at the same rate.

A familiar lean-team challenge
There's always more to do.
Research the next idea01
Build the product02
Test and improve it03
Help our customers04
Find time for what comes next05
Our goal wasn't to get bigger. It was to work differently.
The realization

What if a lean team could take on work that once needed a much bigger one?

Learning by doing

So we started working with agents.

At first, agents helped with individual tasks. Soon, they were helping us research, build, test, and coordinate work across tasks.

It wasn't magic. We learned how much context, clear guidance, and human judgment good agent work requires.

But the difference was real. We could move work forward without carrying every step ourselves, and stay focused on the decisions that mattered.

How we work today
Our teamWe choose what matters.

Set priorities, share context, decide where to go.

Agents alongside usThey help move work forward.

Research, build, analyze, test, and coordinate.

TogetherWe review, learn, and improve.

Question the results and keep important decisions with people.

Why Corin exists

We made the shift with our customers.

We worked hand in hand with the customers already using our AI automation products to make those solutions far more capable.

Together, we went beyond automating processes and workflows. Our solutions evolved into agentic systems that could understand context, coordinate work, and act with greater autonomy within defined boundaries.

Corin brings together that work with our customers and what we've learned using agents ourselves. We're building it as an open-source platform others can explore and adapt, with people still in control of the decisions that matter.

01Understand the real work.

Go beyond prompts and static workflows to use relevant business context.

02Work as a team.

Let agents take on distinct roles and coordinate toward a shared goal.

03Keep people involved.

Make the work understandable, reviewable, and subject to human judgment.

And we're still learning

We want to explore this together because there's so much left to discover.

We rely on agents every day. We see what helps, what falls short, and what needs to improve. Those lessons keep shaping Corin.

We have plenty left to learn, and we want to learn alongside others building with lean, focused teams.

We hope you’ll explore what’s possible with us.

The Corin team

An open invitation

We're excited to see what you can do.

Our experience brought us here. We can't wait to see where others take it, including places we haven't imagined.
