Discuss the workload and deployment boundary

Model choice: Starter uses one Corin-selected LLM for the team. Community, Cloud and Enterprise let you choose the model for each agent.

Across every edition

Use the same core agent platform.

Configure agents around your operations, connect the systems they need, and inspect their work. Your edition sets hosting, model choice, searchable history and support.

Agents from context

SOPs and permitted business records shape roles and handoffs.

Models and memory

Choose a model per agent in Community and paid editions. Starter uses one selected model for its agents.

Connections to the work

Use MCP and APIs for systems, with outside agents where connected.

Trace and resume

Langfuse makes runs inspectable. Temporal supports waits and retries.

Usage, explained

See what a task used.

Built-in Langfuse records agent and model choices, tool calls, tokens, latency and cost. Compare a candidate model on representative past cases and inspect the trace behind each result.

Temporal keeps the state needed to resume a long task. That state is separate from the searchable telemetry periods in the editions above.

Pricing questions

Know what each edition covers.

Deployment, history and ongoing work are separate decisions.

Which edition lets me choose the LLM?

Community, Cloud and Enterprise let you select an LLM for each agent, subject to the supported models and endpoints in your deployment. Starter runs its agents on one Corin-selected model. It has a generous included usage allowance; exact limits and the model name will be published before release.

What changes between Cloud and Enterprise?

Cloud is managed and multi-tenant, with 7 days of searchable agent and system telemetry and standard support. Enterprise is dedicated and single-tenant, with 30 days of searchable telemetry and capacity and support agreed for your organization.

Who manages telemetry in Community?

You do. Community runs on your infrastructure, so your team manages the storage and retention of its traces.

Can Corin work with agents we already use?

Yes. When connected, Corin agents can collaborate with agents from other systems or vendors. The connection is optional and depends on the configured interface and access permissions.

Can I assess a model change before using it?

Corin retains detailed agent and system telemetry across tasks within the edition's searchable history window. Compare a candidate on representative cases for token use, latency, cost, and reviewed outcomes where available.

Can agents use models from different vendors?

Yes. Each Corin agent can have its own model, including one from another vendor. Provider support depends on the configured integration.

Does the history window limit a long-running task?

No. Searchable telemetry and active task state are separate. A Corin work item can span agents, people and external waits over weeks or months; Temporal supports its state and resumption in supported workflows.
