Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to Corin’s website and services provided by Eplane USA Inc. d/b/a Corin (“Corin,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using a service subject to these Terms, you agree to them. If you use Corin for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
A separate signed agreement, order, data processing agreement, or published open-source license may apply to a particular service or component. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, it controls for the covered service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Your organization controls which of its users can access its workspace and connected systems.
Using Corin
Corin can coordinate agents, tools, and people around business tasks. Your organization decides what information to provide, which systems to connect, and what permissions and approvals to configure. You must have the right to provide the content and authorize access to each connected system.
Agent outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results and setting appropriate human approval requirements before relying on a recommendation or allowing an action in your systems. Corin does not make professional legal, medical, or financial decisions for you.
Your content
As between you and Corin, you retain the rights you have in content you submit or connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service under these Terms and any applicable agreement. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to provide it.
We will not use your company name, logo, or private business content in public marketing without your permission. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer terms.
Third-party services and open source
Connections to model providers, business systems, external agents, and other third-party services may be governed by those providers’ terms. You are responsible for accounts and permissions you configure with them. Their availability and behavior are outside our control.
Open-source components of Corin are governed by their published licenses. These Terms do not replace those licenses or grant rights beyond them. Our trademarks remain ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use Corin to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access systems or data without permission, introduce malware, interfere with the service, evade technical limits, or misrepresent your identity. You must comply with applicable export and sanctions rules. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or to address a violation of these Terms.
Fees and orders
If you purchase a paid service, the applicable order or checkout terms will state the price, billing period, usage charges, and payment terms. Taxes may apply. We will not charge for an offer that has not been accepted under its stated terms. Fees for third-party model or infrastructure services may be separate depending on the configuration and offer.
Availability and changes
We work to operate and improve the services, but maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and changes may occur. We may change features or end a service, subject to commitments in an applicable signed agreement. We will provide notice where required by that agreement or law.
Our materials and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in the Corin service, site, documentation, and branding, apart from your content and rights expressly granted under open-source licenses. You may provide feedback, and we may use it to improve Corin without an obligation to you, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Except as a signed agreement expressly provides, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every output is correct or that use will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranty, indemnity, or liability allocation in a signed customer agreement applies to that agreement’s scope.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, security risk, or as allowed by an applicable agreement, with notice when reasonably practicable. An applicable customer agreement governs data export, deletion, payment, and obligations after termination.
Questions and changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page, with further notice where required. The revised Terms apply from the stated effective date, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
